IRS e-Postcard
As of 2008, small tax-exempt organizations whose gross receipts are $25,000 or less must annually submit an electronic Form 990-N (the e-Postcard). The e-Postcard will require organizations to provide contact information and to state that gross receipts are still normally below $25,000.
