Courts The League's Fair Courts Petition asked the Supreme Court to adopt standard rules requiring justices and judges to recuse themselves from cases involving major campaign contributors or supporters. In a 4-3 decision, the Court denied League's petition and adopted rules written by business interests. Read about it here:
